One of my friends and readers, Jacqueline, let me know a couple of weeks ago that her and her madre tried making the homemade Samoa's I posed a while back. [So proud:)] They had the same problems that I did. Although, super good, that recipe takes a ton of time and dipping the bottoms in chocolate was painful and had not so pretty results.

We just love us some coconut.. and guess what? You don't have to do any chocolate dipping. Just drizzling. I think we'll have to give them a try :)
